Enteral-pH

Some customers have asked us what will our new enteral-Ph 2-9 strips read is the pH of the gastric aspirate is less than 2?

The answer is that they will read at 2 indicating that the aspirate is pH2 or less.

We can also confirm that the same happens at the other end of the scale i.e. if the pH of the aspirate is >9 the strips will read 9 indicating that the aspirate is pH 9 or more.

We hope that this helps those of you considering changing the enteral-pH 2-9
