New non-executive director appointed to GBUK board

GBUK Ltd has welcomed a new non-executive director to its board as the company continues its expansion in the UK and internationally.

John Adcock has been appointed with effect from February 2015.

John, a member of the European Authorised Representatives Association, is a medical device regulatory specialist and quality engineer with international product development, manufacturing and marketing experience. He is also certified as a Lead Auditor for the Medical Device and Healthcare Industry and also certified with Health Canada to CMDCAS requirements (EN ISO 13485).

Mr Adcock is Managing Director of Warwick-based Advena Ltd, a medical device consultancy business, which specialises in working with small to medium size companies to set up ISO 13485 quality systems and to assist with the regulatory approval of medical devices.
